What are the Akashic Records?

In this episode, I answer questions that my friends and brother wanted to know about the Akashic Records. I did the reading the day before I made the episode.  The way I read my own Akashic Records is by writing it by hand or on a laptop.  I don’t get information any other way.  So I am reading the transcripts from the Akashic reading I gave myself the day before recording this episode. 

However, when I do a reading for a client, I get information right away by hearing, feeling, being shown scenes, or words flashing before my eyes.  I don't need a pen and paper, or a laptop. 

I am a conscious channel for the Akashic Records, I keep my eyes open, and I am fully grounded and aware of what is happening, as opposed to closing my eyes to focus. This is how I was taught to read the Akashic Records.

-When you get a reading, you are accessing it from who you are in that moment, it’s a dynamic, evolving just like a human
-They explain how it can differ from a card reading or other types of psychic readings based on where the non-Akashic Record reader is accessing the information
-This is due to where the reader is accessing the information from and they distinguish from a higher self to your soul’s point of origin
-Also these distinctions matter to people, because this is how humans process information
-They describe the type of reading that can happen during an Akashic Reading
-What is the purpose of an Akashic Reading? The Founders answer in logical ways and more personal to a recipient of an Akashic Reading
-They talk about how I was taught to give a reading and let me describe how my fears can come up when doing a reading for another person
-I gave an example of how I was doing a reading and I was afraid of telling the person the answer because of the nature of the question
-The person’s Akashic Record gave me a surprising answer
-How can the info be used for transformation? The Founders respond that it’s infinite and give some examples. They also say that a reading is always transformational.
-Do the guides ever decide if they can give you an answer? The Founders give a surprising answer
-How do you choose an Akashic Reader? The Founders answer any way that makes you feel comfortable and give other examples of how random humans can be with their logic.
-The Founders have a great sense of humor
-How can you prepare? Is it advisable to? The Founders respond that to be present and do what makes you feel comfortable to prepare and give examples, basically, there is no wrong or right way
-Is it better to be free of recreational substances and meds that make you drowsy/numb, they suggest that if you cannot be present then to not take those substances or wait until it wears off.
-I talk about how Cheryl in her guidelines for readers and clients, to be free of substances for 24 hours, so if you took some sort of recreational substance the night before, don’t do a reading and don’t get one.
-I talk about why I think that guideline is there
